Outside, you'll find the shaded picnic and barbecue area, right next to the children's play area, tennis courts, basket ball courts and a soft and sandy volleyball court.
A small sundry store is located pool side offering drinks, newspapers, ice creams and some hot snacks.

The condo's master suite; with a lovely en suite full bathroom offers a KING size bed, cable TV, large closet, & clock radio.
Our second bedroom has QUEEN size bed, large closet, clock radio and cable TV. The third bedroom has TWO TWIN beds and a SET OF BUNK BEDS with a twin and full size bed. It also has a walk-in closet, DVD player and cable TV. All bedrooms have NEW mattresses and all linens are towels are complimentary for your stay.
The second bathroom is accessible from the childrens bedroom or the hallway. Both bathrooms have roll-under counters for our handicapped guests, and the master bathroom has a large roll-in shower.
The living area is complete with two relaxing sofas, and a dining table that seats 6. (additional seating, if required is provided on the covered lanai)
For your entertainment cable TV is provided alongwith DVD player and a PS2 for those who love to game!!..
