Will I stay in the home I have specifically chosen?
Absolutely.  You have booked a specific property of your choice. If for some unforseen reason we have to move you to another property you will be located in a property of similar style and/or location. If this is not permissable then a fiull refund will be offered.  

Are the Homes Licensed in Anyway?
Yes, both A Place In The Sun Homes and all of our managed homes are licensed according to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations.
We also hold Operating licenses for each county in which our homes are located

What is required to make a reservation?
Once you have chosen your vacation home you may book direct on-line 24/7 if this option is availible. Each home offering this service quotes "Availible for Reservations on-line 24 hours, 7 days a week. Simply click to BOOK IT NOW and follow the prompts -  If the property of choice does not state this, then please email or call us on 1877-220-4194 and we will gladly assist you.

When making your reservation we simply require is a $200.00 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your total booking amount. The Outstanding balance will be due for processing 30 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point.

Do you offer group rates and planning?
Yes - Please call or email to discuss your requirements. We have many homes in the same locations, some next door to one another. Perfect for family Reunions

What time is check In?
Check in is at 4pm.

What time is check out?
Check out is before 10am,  unless a late check out has been pre-arranged.

What is stocked in the kitchens?
We provide all dinnerware and flatware, a variety of utensils for cooking/baking/serving/etc., all major and minor appliances including blender, toaster, and coffee maker. 

What else do you supply in your properties?
We provide One Trash Can liners and a spare one,  Hand & Body Soap, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Roll, and paper products to start off your stay. Refills can be purchased from a local store.
All homes have telephones in them.  Some offer FREE International Calls - Please check if this service is listed. 

What appliances are in the units?

Appliances vary by property, but generally most include Full size Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven/Stove, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Telephone, Television, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Alarm Clocks,  Iron and Ironing Board. Please note that not all units are stocked with these appliances. Please inquire for amenities specific to a property.

Do you supply all linens?
Yes, we provide all bed and bath linens.

Do your units have air conditioning or heat?
Yes all of our homes have both Air conditioning and Heating -  Some properties also have ceiling & free-standing fans also. Please ask 

Do I need to have the pool heated?
We typically say that pool heating is required from Mid September until April. However this is dependant upon the individual members of each party. Pool heating is availible at an additional charge

What are your office Hours?
A Place In the Sun Homes is open From Monday - Saturday 9am-5pm EST. We are closed on Sundays, Public and Bank Holidays
